TOOL ROOM CAPABILITY

Complete Tool Room Capability provides Marion customers with a comprehensive on-site tool making service.  A new CAD/KEY system and expanded Wire EDM department allow us to produce developmental parts.  Then, using the same or modified computer programs, we proceed directly to hard tooling for production.
Marion also maintains it's own heat treating facility for it's tools.  Our captive tool making capability guarantees customers minimum downtime, and economical and efficient on-time delivery of production parts.
