Marion Manufacturing Company’s Quality Management System is committed to providing our customers with quality defect-free stamping products. We are further committed to complying with the requirements of, and continually improving the effectiveness of, our IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certified management system. Our top management team establishes and utilizes key process indicators and reviews these metrics to gauge and improve internal processes.
Our management system fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, which are core to Lean principles. Encouraging participation from every employee leads to better problem-solving, increased efficiency, and a stronger sense of ownership across the team.
